Firearm Gun Export

We receive many requests to ship guns out of the US and occasionally, one to bring one into the US from another country. Since I do not want to get involved in the red tape that is involved, I can refer you to a reputable group that has been exporting for a number of years, and in the gun business since 1957.

For someone outside the US wanting to have a gun shipped to them, there are several things that MUST happen before that can happen. They Include:

  1. Be sure that your country is NOT on the embargoed countries list.

  2. Obtain an International Import Certificate from your government. It MUST be an original, certified copy.

  3. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling cost.

  4. Fees are typically $249 USD for the first gun, and $99 for each additional on the same transaction. There is also an upcharge of 3% of value of the guns exported, which goes to the Department of State for the exporter registration.

  5. The total time of this process can range from 4 to 10 weeks, so be prepared to not be in a hurry.
