The Kahr CW9 is a handy little single stack 9mm pistol perfect for concealed carry. Budget priced, this ultra-reliable pistol shares many of the world-class features found in the rest of the Kahr line.
This pistol is very thin at only 0.9" at its widest point, meaning it makes for a great inside or outside the waistband carry gun. Yet, the pistol does not feel tiny. Unlike many of the subcompact guns being made, the CW9 grip is long enough to get your entire hand on, which allows comfortable - and accurate - shooting.
Sights are very visible and easy to use. Like the rest of the Kahr line-up, the front sight has a white dot and the rear sight is a black notch with a white bar. The rear sight is dovetailed.
Barrel length is 3.6" long. Capacity of the CW9 is 7+1 rounds of 9mm ammunition. One magazine ships with the gun.
The unloaded weight of this Kahr is only 15.8 ounces, yet recoil is very mild even with +P ammunition.
