Smith & Wesson's 642 Pro Series revolver features an excellent blend of weight, shape, size, power, and ease of use. At just 15 oz this is a very light compact revolver chambered in 38 special capable of firing +P loads to ensure great knock down power to eliminate threats. This model includes two moon clips to enable rapid reloading. Also, unlike some S&W revolvers the 642 Pro does not include internal locks which is one less part to break down making the pro series ideal for an avid shooter.

With a small internal hammer, double action only (DAO) design, this revolver's hammerless contour is designed to prevent snagging on clothing. A huge advantage of revolvers is their simplicity relative to autos as well as compact shape making them easy to carry on an ankle, hip, purse, or pocket.
