I carried my Bulldog for almost 20 years. Long before there were stainless steel handguns, you really had to keep up the maintenance on a blued firearm. My brother told me about a company there in Texas that did "electricless (sp) nickel" procedures on firearms so I gave it a try. My "blued" Bulldog now looked like a stainless steel model. I carried that Bulldog in a slightly modified inside the belt holster inside the top of my cowboy boots. Therefore, I always said I had a "Bulldog in my Boot!"
