Although this gun seems to be Gen 3 and I carry gen 4, the gun remains nearly the same with some improved trigger and action features on the 4. Is it worth the increase in price from Gen 3 to Gen 4? You be the judge. I would reccomend that you rent and test fire both weapons to see which is right for you.Performance Value Quality
In my case I shoot twice a week and I find my 26 to be a great little gun. It has the top quality you expect from Glock and fires true and honest. The recoil feels like a staple gun (on the Gen 4) and makes for a quicker retrain on the target. I find it to be accurate and with the add on boot it fits my large hand just fine.
Is the 26 one of the best CCW guns on the market? I think it is. Buy it (Posted on 8/8/11)
