This is a super gun, and the price is just icing on the cake. It is quite heavy, which I like, a couple pounds loaded. No problem with hollow points or hot loads and has a very surprisingly light recoil, well for a 45 that is. I have three High Points and I love all of them. But, as my son says, "daddy that is one sweet piece". I'm pretty sure that is good. Best buy in Jimmy's book.Performance Value Quality

I ordered one because of the low price. When it arrived I was afraid to fire it because something with a price like it had on it couldn't be safe; so, I stood behind the trunk of a tree so that if it blew up I would be protected, after firing several rounds I realized that it was safe. My second pistol was a Hi Point 45 and I had a S&W 9mm and the Hi Point out shot it 5 to 1. I was shooting bottles from about 15 yrds. and the 9mm S&W couldn't hit them at all, so they are well built guns and very accurate. (Posted on 9/2/13)Performance Value Quality
