- Tremendous value - Review by Tommie

My brothers shoot Sigs, XDs, and Walthers and I keep pace with this Sigma. I bought the first version several years ago for about $325 which was at the top of the price curve for this model. I have shot several brands of target loads, probably not more than 400 rounds and have not had a FTF or FTE. I also have a Browning Buckmark .22 that I enjoy but it is much more particular on what I can feed it, and it cost a little more. I prefer to rely on my S&W revolvers for defense because I trust them over any semi-auto not to jam and they give me a second chance if they do FTF by just pulling the trigger again. As for the SW40VE, I think it is a winner that has so far been pretty good on price, performance, and accuracy. (Posted on 4/13/15)Performance Value Quality - good - Review by delan ey#
